If you want long term mass follow the advice above. If you want short term gains (of course I'm not recommending this) stuff like Test + Dbol can do it. I put on 25lbs in 4 weeks. I looked puffy like the Philsbury Dough Boy. Unfortunately, I lost most of it after PCT. I did gain a lot of strength. I just don't know of any quick way of gaining quality muscles without a lot of discipline and work, even with AAS. Good luck
