injected crashed steroid without heating!

i injected some test 350 and nnp into my quad a mill of each!! i did it yesterday and i leterally canot bend my leg!! i looked at the nnp and it was all thick and crystalised!! should i be worried or isit thr fact of a large injection hiting a nerve??

Are you sure its crashed? if it is and your leg does not get better by tomorrow, but worse you may need a trip to the ER, in the meantime put hot compresses on it, or even a hot bath.

how does one not notice that the gear in a vial dosent look right...i suspect you noticed it and shot it anyways cus you didnt know what to do to reconstitute it...anyways bro this is going to keep on happening so eather "fix" the gear buy heating it up untill the gear dissolves back into suspention or toss it...you may have to reconstitute it before each injection...

the gears gone an now swellings slowly starting to go!! deep heat massages i think did the trick!! cheers for the advice guys!! silly amateur mistake will be more carefull in the future!! thanks guys xx
