Hey guys,
I'm just in the planning stage of the next cycle I plan to run in October/November, my previous cycles have all been simple 500mg of test E p/w and I've had good results from them with no sides.
I'm debating on whether to add another compound to the next cycle or just up the test E to maybe 600my p/w?
My stats are -
Age - 30
Height - 5ft 7"
Cycles - 3
Weights - 180lbs
Bf% - 18
Years training - 8 years
I plan to diet down to about 12% body fat before I start the cycle.
I'd appreciate any thoughts?
