4th cycle dilema?!
Hey guys,
I'm just in the planning stage of the next cycle I plan to run in October/November, my previous cycles have all been simple 500mg of test E p/w and I've had good results from them with no sides.
I'm debating on whether to add another compound to the next cycle or just up the test E to maybe 600my p/w?
My stats are -
Age - 30
Height - 5ft 7"
Cycles - 3
Weights - 180lbs
Bf% - 18
Years training - 8 years
I plan to diet down to about 12% body fat before I start the cycle.
I'd appreciate any thoughts?

If its working then you may not need to change much and increasing the dose slightly may give you what you want.
Personally I would work with as few compounds as possible but it is nice to experience different ones to see how you respond.
I will let others chime in. I think you would be happy with either option

I would prefer to add another compound, but increasing your test dose is an option too.
Another aas will give you different type of gains and its time for you to make a step ahead - 4-th cycle.

I was thinking about maybe adding var or tren into the next cycle, what sort of doses would be best?
I want to run as few compounds as possible but my last cycle of just test didn't really do as much as I hoped so maybe it's time to try something new?
It would be a very lean bulk I'm looking for.

If it's not broken, don't try to fix it. My first 4 cycles were test e and got good results every time. I think i was running 750mgs EW on my 4th cycle and would have ran it again but a good friend of mine gave me some d-bol to add. And although i've ran many cycles and combinations, i occasionally over the years just run test by itself. It's effective and works.

I must admit that my diet was probably my undoing, it was clean but i wasnt getting as many cals as i should have, i was probably only having 3000cals when i should have been eating closer to 4000 cals! Diet will be perfect for my upcoming cycle.
My training was good though, my routines and work ethic have never been a problem, if anything im probably a little too intense at the gym ;-) ha
I know i need to work harder on my diet as thats where it counts!
How long for, and at what stage should i start the var? From what ive read about it, it makes you a lot more vascular?
What should i expect from running the var with the test?

I would suggest running it for the last 6-8 weeks right up until the day before PCT. Var dries you out, makes you hard, vascular and good strength gains. Well for me thats what it does
