    Lean Bulking cycle

I am thinking about adding only 7 or 8 pounds of muscles.
    I am 321 years old.
    5'-8"
    170 pounds
    11% BF
Had done 3 cycles before (low doses)

i want to drop BF to around 8%, and get my weight to 175 pounds.

    i was thinking
    Testosterone E 500 mg for 12 weeks
    Equipoise 400mg for 12 weeks
    Anavar 50 mg 4 weeks.

    hCG for PCT
    I am open to change.

    Thanks

80mcg Anavar should be fine, 50mcg is bit low.

Should my calories intake be more than my TDEE?

Calories are not too accurate a measure of food quality needed for body building. It measures energy potential but a gram of fat has way more energy potential than a gram of protein. The basic rule of thumb is yes, you need more calories than TDEE if you want to gain weight. The caveat it that you have to make sure that the calories are the correct ones, mainly lean protein and complex carbs.

I am on 30% protein, 50% crabs, 20% fat. Planning to keep it that way with calorie intake about 200 calorie above my TDEE.
