prescribed steroids

i am not really a newbie at taking steroids i have been taking 500 mg of test cyp for 4 years now for hrt from my doctor. i also take (2) 5 gram tubes of testim. about a year now he put me on arimidex 1 mg ED and novarel 5000 iu 3x a week for what i have read seems to be a lot. and recently put on 50 mg of clomiphene ED. my test #s stay about 400. i wanted to know if i can do something to make this better like any other my doctor could prescribe that we dont know or maybe what i am taking is all wrong. please help with this.

i honestly dont know. Your test should be sky high. Thats more then most cycle at.

I don't know much a bout HRT but is a more common weekly dose around 150mgs ? if what your claiming accurate, then I must meet your doctor!! lol.

yea 100 mg's a week has me at over 1100

what was your test total level before u took 100 mg?

the minimum i ever took was 200 a week then to 500 please forgive my math its 1 1/4 2x aweek sorry

agree with GB here. My doc only prescribes 80mg/week of test c.

either your numbers are off (1000 vs 100) or your doctor has made a major mistake.

I know everyone is a little different, but you are 10x the standard trt dose. I wouuld say this is outside the parameters of any reasonable trt dose.

Wow TM, your doctor is a tight ass with the meds. 80 is the lowest I've ever heard of. 100 is common, I ever see 150 frequently.

op has gotta be way off base on his dosage. No doctor is going I prescribe testosterone in such a manner and retain his medical license for long.

he actually had me on a higher dose, but due to blood work, i was above the high end, so reducing 20% brought back down to optimal. I can't remember the numbers off the top of my head.

That is exactly what I was thinking. My buddy has a doctor who prescribes him 100 mgs per week. It moved his test from ~ 300 to ~800.

I have never heard of a doctor who would prescribe much more than that. I would also want to meet him!

The OP is listing the dosages wrong.

1) What is the concentration of your Rx test?

2) How many cc are you injecting each time?

3) what are the reference ranges and units of measure on your bloodwork?

4) when is this bloodwork being taken?

Yeah, I wonder if he could get me on Deca also.. You know for medicinal purposes.
