How much do you work out on cycle????
I work nights and work out every morning when I get off work. I worked out this morning then slept for like 9 hours. I am off tonight and really feel like I am completely healed already. Should I go work out again tonight?

you probably don't need to increase the frequency of your gym sessions. just increase the intensity of each workout. heavier weights, more sets to failure, more negative sets...
you'll still need rest, and over-training is still possible even on cycle, although less likely.

Recommend sticking to normal schedule. A lot of people under estimate the power of rest.

I agree with advice above, rest is a key factor to help growing. Don't worry about quantity but quality in your gym sessions.
One of the worst things is going to the gym and having a shitty low energy session because you didn't rest enough or eat correctly.

Yeah, but I feel pumped up and ready to go. I have all this energy and nothing to do with it. lol It would be the same as you guys training one evening then going the next morning, would that be too much? Do you think it would be alright if I just hit different muscle groups real hard tonight, then just rest on Saturday? I am on a pretty heavy cycle now. I changed compounds mid cycle and I am taking test, tren , and mast, and I feel like I have super healing powers. lol I feel like wolverine ha ha ha.

Well, wouldn't hitting other muscles throw your routine out of whack? It would mine. It's time like these i would recommend you put some of those super healing powers on a woman and get a little cardio in. Just my .02

and I hate cardio with a passion. I won't do it. I know, I need to, but oh well. I need to get some running shoes though, if I ever do decide to do some cardio. I think the fact that my shoes suck so much, keeps me from doing cardio, along with my hate for it. Maybe spending some cash on some good shoes will motivate me to do it.

The only thing I changed in my workout is taking chest to twice a week. Nothing else changed.
