ive found in my 6 months of trt, even surplus clean eating makes me put fat easier then i have ever in my lifeleast i dont feel like a bag of shit any more. haha
I get real lean on TRT. I keep more of the gains but I also don't gain as much when I blast.
Blasting is to mainly break through plateaus and add muscle density. I don't need or want anymore size. I like to stay lean year-round and I do. I'm 5'10, 212 and around 6-7%BF. When I blast (i'm nearing the end of that now) I'll go up to 220 and then maintain around 210. 210 seems to be the baseline or new Homeostasis point and I'm fine with that. And yes, it's mostly water weight gain when blasting. If I add 3-5 pounds of lean muscle in a year I'm well ahead of the game. Two steps forward, one step back.
