    Lean Bulking Cycle

    I had different theard earlier, but i thought i create a new one since i made a big change in my plan.

    My Stats

    31 years old
    170 pounds with about 11% bf
    5'-8"
    My goal is to drop my BF to 7-8%, and my wright to 175 pounds.

    Calorie intake during cycle will be 200 calorie over my TDEE ( 50% Carbs, 30% Protien, 20% Fat)

    My cycle will be
    Week 1-12 Testosterone E 750 mg a week.
    Week 1-12 Equipoise 200 mg a week.
    Week 1-12 Arimidex 0.5 mg a day.
    Week 1-4 Dianabol 25 mg a day.
    Week 9-12 Anavar 80 mg a day.
    Week 15-17 PCT (Nova).

    What do you guys think?

    I prefer to keep bulking and cutting cycles completely separate. Attempting to bulk while cutting fat can leave you unsatisfied at the end of a cycle. However, your goal of dropping a few % pts and gaining a few pounds seems reasonable.

    I would suggest adding HCG during cycle, clomid to your pct, and possibly running anavar longer than 3 weeks (if supplies are limited drop dosage to 50mgs to extend time).

    Drop the eq, or run higher for longer.

    I don't think this cycle isn't going to cut you up. It will bulk with the addition of dbol . Dbol retains a ton of water. I looked like a dough boy after gaining 25lbs in 4 weeks. I too would separate the bulking and cutting cycles.

    Should i drop Test E to 500 per week, and drop dbol totally? for leaner gain?

    yes, if you're looking to drop bf to 7-8%, i would eliminate it from your cycle. and 200/wk eq is not nearly enough for that. you likely wont see any benefits from it unless your in the range of 4-600mg/wk. but you don't need it on this cycle. and i think hcg was already mentioned.

    You can bulk or cut on any compound. I can run 1gm of test/wk and 50mgs of dbol /ed and still cut. it depends on diet and how I'm managing my estrogen. That said your cycle outline needs some work. You could go with Test/EQ and var. I've run EQ up 1,200mgs/wk and lost weight but gained in vascularity. EQ doesn't make EVERYONE hungry. It actually has the opposite effect on me. I like EQ for bulking or cutting. If you add var that just less estrogen to manage since neither EQ nor var aromatize. Most people find an effective weekly dose of EQ in the 600mg range. I personally like to run it between 900 -1,200mgs for 8-10 weeks. Test dose looks good to me. Var at 80mgs/ed kills my appetite and gives me painful back pumps. I personally prefer to run var a lower dose for longer periods of time.
