PCT Recommendations for prop cycle? HCG on cycle?

Hello

I'm planning my first cycle soon.
I am going to use Test Prop, due to the fact that it's significantly faster acting than the other test varieties.
I've ordered enough supplies to support injecting every other day, and the thought of injecting myself doesn't phase me (never one to be bothered by injections and had to do it a few times previously for medical purposes)

I was going to take 500mg of Test prop p/w
or 140mg EOD which works out as 980mg every 2 weeks. I was planning to do this for a 10 week cycle - although that depends on how much test i can get my hands on, it may end up being 8 weeks.

Can someone advise me on a good PCT for this cycle?
Clomid and Nolvadex of course, but what dosages? There's a lot of conflicting information.
Finally, should i run an HCG like Aromasim during cycle? Again, lot of conflicting information.

It sounds like you're confusing what hCG and Aromasin are. You use hCG during your cycle to help your testis, and Aromasin to prevent estrogen synthase.

hCG would be good to run 250IU 3x a week, and Aromasin you might try 12.5mg ED or EOD depending how you respond.

I would run Nolva at 20mg ED for 4 weeks and Clomid at 50mg ED for 4 weeks, starting 2-3 days after your last Test Prop injection.

Does that seem right? don't peoples PCT set ups usually start with a higher doseage of both, gradually reducing?

some front load first week by doubleing the dose but it has been proven that it isnt needed so its upto you you can do it if you want to mate!

so if i was to run my suggested prop cycle, and the recommended Ai and HCG, followed by the PCT suggested by capebuffalo i should be okay?
Was also curious if its worth taking an oral for the first few weeks?

If you run an AI during cycle, it will prevent too much aromatase, and keep estrogen levels in check. 250IU x3 week vs 2 times isn't a big deal, but your reasoning is flawed.

I prefer doing 250IU hCG mon-wed-fri during cycles especially if injecting ED or EOD.

Thanks for the response, as this is my first cycle and i'm not to sure what my estrogen is gonna be like while on cycle, i'll go with 3 times p/w - if i don't get the gains i should ill consider lowering it.

I would say see how the test affects you and get your dosing correct using a single compound, so in the future if you do decide to add an additional AAS and by chance have some sides, you'll know which to attribute them to, and then find a solution faster.

Most everybody will recommend just running test alone for your first few cycles.

you shouldnt need letro. You will be on an ai so you can adjust the dose if you start to get symptoms. You will get symptoms before an actual lump. Plus you will have nolva on hand anyway

Before i start my cycle i am going to get bloodwork and any relevant tests done (growth plates) to determine whether or not i should wait, i'm also going to drop bodyfat.
When i say soon, i don't mean soon. I just want to get my doseages etc down to a T so i can get everything ready so when i do start, i can start properly.

wait a few years before you start. and when you actually do this, i suggest you start a little lower. prop 100mg eod may be a better starting dose.
