estrogen control on 400mg test plus masteron

My previously existing gyno (lump only noticeable to the touch) began hurting on a cycle of 400mg test and 400mg masteron per week. I used 2.5mg letro until the pain subsided before lowering the dosage to 1.25mg per day. My gyno has once again began hurting. Should I change my letro dose or switch to nolva? I haven't had any libido issues despite being on letro for roughly 3 weeks now.

How long was you on the cycle before the pain started ?
Did you start the cycle with an AI {which one and what dose} ?
once you lowered the dose have you just stuck on 1.25mg per day and pain has come back

i would stick with the letro, not switch to nolva. i would bump up the dose to 2mg
