How long?

Should I run deca for 6 or 8 week?? It will be my 1st course with running deca.. So not sure to run it for a short time 1st

Likely a better approach would be to outline your entire cycle with the dosages. Also include your cycle history and stats. Based on your profile info, I'd say that you aren't at a point in body building that AAS will be of any benefit.

Agree with JD, as it stands, it sounds like you intend on running Deca . alone, & that makes me grind my teeth. So let's see the rest of that cycle & your stats.

Never going to run deca alone! It's needs a test with it.. I'm running sus along side it

I'm into week six of of Test Cyp / Deca cycle. Strength gains almost immediately but only just started to see visual changes at week 5.
If this is your first cycle it will be less complicated if you just run test and an AI.
If you must run deca then add in test and run it for 10 - 12 weeks.
