    Newbe looking for oral only cycle

    Age 24, Male, 208 pounds, 6'0, 17% bodyfat 3700 calories a day.Atleast 210 grams of protien rest are carbs and some good fats. I understand not using injections will hinder my goal, but I'm fine with that even if it takes longer to reach my goal. No prior use of any steriod. If I left any information out please inform me and i will include it. Thanks for taking time to read my post.

    Welcome to the board mate!
    Oral steroids are harsh on the liver, and the gains come and go quick. the only exception would be a low dose of anavar. but you run the risk of some side effects due to at least partially shutting down your own testosterone production. side effects could be ED, low or no libido, increase BP, etc.

    How long have you been intensly working out in the gym?

    What are you trying to accomplish and what orals have you researched and are interested in? I'd say you probably want to get BF down a couple percentages before you do any AAS, and it's not about hindering your goal from the lack of Test, but orals/AAS will shut your natural test production down and to keep you healthy and sane, you will need to run test. Assuming this is your first cycle, you shouldn't really do orals at all. Once you get your BF down and fix your diet (get assistance from the nutri forum), you should have a solid base and plenty of knowledge to run a Test only cycle for your first run.

    Thank you. I've been working out on and off due to overuse injuries...I've been back in action of about 4 months. I know a good amount of bodybuilding nutrition... Take whey pre/post workout and in the morning with breakfast. Atleast 1 gram of protien per pound. PWO contains dextrose. Aside from pwo stick to slow digesting carbs. Stick to unrefined foods ect ect. I've been working out for a while now but i started out at over 300 pounds(all fat) its been a long journey.
