    3. What is hrt and also some good threads if possible?
    4. When talking about coming off cycle and recovering feeling right what are some of the ways that you don't feel right when you come off cycle or serious sides that are frequently experienced coming off of cycle?

I am on my first cycle and i am just doing research for the future. i do look up and have read some on these questions but i figure that you guys may be able to enlighten me further or may know of better reads then i have had.

On your first cycle DO NOT even think about Ronnie's slingshot. Its too hard to walk away from. Don't want to know about TRT or hrt. Just do a safe respectable cycle pct take time off and live a normal existence. Trust me on this. You can start down a long dark road if you don't keep yourself in check. And at some point wonder when will it end.

I understand all of that buffalo and i am doing my first cycle and recovering right with a good pct plenty of time off no worries.
after reading that article it does shed some light on how aas works and how are bodys respond to aas diet muscle strain and how to achieve max genetic potential in any form of cycle. very good read.
Also i may compete on two or four years from now so Im researching all of the different ways the pros do this but i am in no means going to rush anything or consider one path to my goals to be king because the key to adapting and improving is to learn from all of the best applications and create a perfect atmosphere for success that is geared to work right for your genetics and goals. i may at some point try something along these lines but first i need to see how my body reacts on and post aas. i think that the slingshot theory could work perfect for a 6 month summer cycle and 6 months off in the winter but I've only began to research so i have no clue how my body would react to that or if i could recover doing it like that. my health comes first so research is what Im doing for the next 8 months.

TRT specifically replaces testosterone only, HRT replaces several hormones.

Regardless of what each does, HRT or TRT is only used when needed not as a cycle, am i right?

Correct, they are just enough to maintain normal hormone levels & sustain a normal / better quality of life & health.

Hormone replacement is a medical treatment for diseases caused by specific hormonal deficiency. Usually these diseases are not curable, so hrt is usually life long. Most times, i take hrt to mean sex hormones. Estro for old ladies and test for old men.
