Do you continue Taurine during off weeks of Clen cycle?

Should I continue taking Taurine during the off weeks of my Clen Cycle? Not sure if it is a good idea or not.

I dont think it matters either way, i would save the taurine for when you are on it. Only reason to take it anyways is because the Clen depletes it, so if your not on it levels should be fine i think.

I get pretty serious cramps when using clen. Taurine is pretty cheap so I just take it the whole time I'm on Clen. Getting a major cramp is so painful I'd rather spend the money and make sure I never get one. Just my .02
