I am 25 and have been working out for about 2-3 years. Ive only taken supplements like creatine, protein, vitamins, and nitric oxide. I've been wanting to kick things up a notch, and a friend recommended EQ 300 (10 cc for 10 weeks) for a beginners start. We started Sunday with a 1/2 .
I've been doing a lot of reading on the site, and I heard some mixed reviews about EQ 300 and it's effectiveness when taken alone. Many people were suggesting that a Test should be taken in conjunction, and that the dose for EQ should be 400-600 mg per week for 12 weeks.
1) Should I continue with the current dosage and product?
2) anything I should Watch out for or do different?
3) what can I do to maximize results , but not have a noodle dick?
