Andropen(sustanon) shortness of breath remedies?

So im a little worried. I suffer from sleep apnea and am currently taking Andropen at 500mg/week and I am experiencing shortness of breath while attempting to fall asleep and is causing me to stop breathing and is difficult to get a full breath and am un able to fall asleep due to anxiety now. Any remedies? I read it might be due to weight gain and bloat rbc etc...have only gained about 6 lbs in 4weeks.. Asprin help maybe thinning the blood? Please any suggestions..

Hows your blood pressure? The shortness of breath I would take up with the doctor handling your apnea. As far as anxiety before sleep goes you can work on relaxation techniques or look to get an rx for a sedative/sleep aid.

Last time itest my bf it was in the 12-13% im pretty lean could be a bit better. Gonna check my pressure...i have been drinking a bit in all honesty which is proply a factor and other outside stresses..
