    drop weight before cycle. advice?

I got the diet and excercise dialed in. What supps or thermogenics do yall recommend for dropping weight? Im at 260ish looking for 200 or so. I have already come down from 290ish.

in case you are wondering i am on a raw veggie and quality protein diet at 2500 calories, riding my bike alot, running, swimming, and lifting, 5 days a week or more.

Low carb , zero lactose, lots of water, cardio and green tea. Clen seems to work for many but even that isnt recommended if overweight substantially.

Congrats on your current success. There's always an ECA stack. Personally, Im not a fan of stimulants. Ive tried in the past and always wind up paying for it later when I crash.

Congrats thus far. I see you've been here for awhile. Have you posted your stats and diet in the Nutrition Section? That would be the best place to start. Or, you could simply post them here and we'll help too, but that forum is geared for diet specific questions and you'll get a lot more views/responses over there.
You'll have to lay out exactly what you eat and when you eat on a daily basis. Include workout days and what you do from day to day. It's a little tedious, but the best way for us to know and give our best opinions.

    Good Luck

ya the ECA make me feel like i was going to have a heart attack. The ephedrine did not agree with me. Weird because I am ADD and was prescribed adderal (amphetamine) at high doses in high school with no problems. Also when I take it occasionally for work once or twice a month nowadays it doesnt give me any problems. Maybe Ill try clen . STP Ill do that. Thanks!

That's a bit of weight bro.

My preference is a EC stack. . . Or Phentermine.

But, it's up to you man. That is a bit of fat to lose naturally, but doable.

I would focus on diet and maybe consider thermogenics when you have cut down a bit more.

What time frame are you looking for to lose 60 pounds?

6 months may be possible depending on your current BF%. Keep in mind that is 2.5 lbs per week which is not easy to do when you have lowered your bodyfat

LOL. Bastard scale!! im not sure if you live by the beach or a trail but running on soft surfaces really helped me out. Also this goes against what alot of people say but i eat massive amounts of fresh fruit and it helps me immensely. I know its high in sugar but its also high in nutrients and fiber, and replaces other much higher calorie foods that I could potentially eat.
