Test E shot timing question.

5'10, 162lbs, 27 years old, Running Test E cycle, just started, took my first shot on a Thurs, second shot on a Mon, do I take my third shot on thurs?...I was told to take every shot on the same days, Mon and thurs to keep it straight. But that means 1 shot is 2 days seperated and the other is 3, to keep both shots consistantly 3 days apart I would have to change the day of the week I administer the shot week by week? Please clarify

Should be every 3.5 days so Monday morning & Thursday night

I was doing shots of test in a similar way but have now started doin 500mg once a week due to a sore arse, sorry to hi jack your thread but was just wondering what your views were on this?

Once a week is OK with Test E or C but 2x a week is better to keep from having any highs and lows. It's also suggested more frequent lower doses may help keep E2 levels down since a high spike in Test could trigger E2 to raise so doing 2 or even 3x a week injections are preferred over 1x a week.
