I looked it up and the second one seems like an herbal blood thinner. Its an enzme from fermented soybeans. It seems as if its often used to break up blood clots. Thats about all I could find.

Serrapeptase is an enzme that breaks down fibrin. Fibrin is a protein that clots the blood
A clot comes from damaged blood vessels. Platelets adhere to the damaged vessels then release platelet factor 3. They react with calcium ions and proteins creating prothrombin factor which in turn creates fibrin.
So if you are breaking down the protein fibrin, you are clearing the clots.

do you think this could assist in removing plaque from the brain?
