I would take 6-12mg of exemestane per day 250mcg hcg every 5 days and my test is way higher and works great for me.

IV never heard that ..most people will run it after a few weeks on or throughout the whole cycle on pretty sure.

I've always believed to use as little hcg as you possibly can bc too much could cause destination of your lydig cells. Also when I use the e3d method I always have estrogen issues. Every 5th day works best for me.

I've done hcg after coming off a cycle because I was having issues with bringing my natural testosterone back but after a couple months I starting using 300mg of test prop per week for 6wks because I was feeling like shit and my nutritionist kept telling me that the hcg was shutting my natty test down. Long story short after about 3 mos of hcg 250mcg every 5 days and running 6wks of test prop toward the end I did another pct basic clomid/nolva and my levels came back fine. Oh btw during that 6wks of test I took 50mg o anavar and 50mgs of provirone.
