Would u pin sust. 250 every 3rd day or 4th day as a 1st cycle

I do every 3-4days. Personally i dont think it matters much.

Being that there are 4 different esters in it. It does matter when you pin. I pin every 3rd day. Had great results.

I prefer pinning sust EOD to utilize the shorter esters but it can be shot twice a week

You should google it. There are a lot of different opinions on how often to inject sus. I read a really well stated post on injecting everyday for two weeks and trusting the esters to do their thing. There is a lot more to it than that so don't quote me on it. Do some research and find out find out for yourself.

Noles, what duration and dosage do you pin at EOD?

EOD for 12 weeks. I have also shot it twice a week. I noticed less sides while pinning EOD but it was not a huge difference.
