    Lets talk 2nd cycle!!

    Male 24yr old
    178lbs 5'8.5" 12-14% body fat estimate

    My first cycle was TestCyp 500mg/week for 10 weeks, i also ran deca for the first 3 weeks (mistake so i got off) along with .5mg Liquidex eod. PCT was clomid 100/100/50/50 nolva 40/40/20/20. I was extremely uneducated about aas when i started and had to learn everything on the fly and some things the hard way. Thanks to everyone on here and alot of reading, I was able to make the most of it.

    My 2nd cycle is only "hypothetical" right now and will not take place for at least a year. From my first cycle I gained and so far maintained 17lbs of good weight. I feel that I can gain another 2-5 naturally in the next year with my current diet (which im happy with). But if i "was" to do a second cycle down the road it would look something like this.

    Week1-4 Dbol 30mg ed
    Week1-12 TestE 500mg/week
    Week1-12 Liquidex .5mg eod
    PCT:
    Week15-18 Clomid 100/100/50/50
    Week15-18 Nolva 40/40/20/20

    Im looking to add something to this cycle just to make it better "quality" gains. Any suggestions?
    Ive been reading alot about peptides and clen /t3.

    Beacuse it was his 1st cycle.And why are you even bringing up tren ? Do you know wat the hell you are doing?

    No need to add anything. Just focus on your diet and training and you will see quality gains from that cycle

    Run the test again. 500 mg per week split every 3.5 days. Liquidex @.25 mg to start eod. I think .5 last time maybe a little high unles you saw signs of gyno run hcg @ 250 mcgs 2 x a week. Pct looks good. Focus on diet. You should make good gains

    Agreed. Testosterone is very powerful. Many guys squander their first cycle due to poor training or nutrition. Rather than address these short comings they turn their attention to more aas at higher doses.

    Yes deca was a mistake because it was my first cycle. From what i hear it is harder to get the testicles up to speed when you go with more "serious" aas. lol
    Thats the last thing i want problems with at 24yrs old.

    Well..it took me doing aas to realize how important diet is. Hopefully with everything learned I can get the body I want without it. But if I ever did it again....way down the road...i would still only do a test only cycle. I feel like it is plenty to put you pass that plateau.
