Wondering what stupid things people have done (when i say this i mean recklessly/accidently when they may have had little to no knowledge about injections) or heard of to do with needles...

This question comes to my attention as a person i know pulled me aside today and asked how to inject steroids into via iv... I was dumb founded..

There was a guy a while back that injected in the perianal region (the tissue around his anus) because he thought you "inject in your ass"

You have told the guy asking about the IV injection to just go close himself in a garage with the car running. It would be much less painful

I am very respectful of needles, and have had no incidents.

I made sure i set him straight... Told him how its done properly but also added if that's how you think you inject steroids then steroids aren't for you... Ever
