170/95.Hypertension runs in family. Usually high normal like 140/85. Felt a little dizzy the last few days. Just thought it was a bout of vertigo that I occasionally get which resloves in few weeks. Stopped ai bc I was getting tired all the time. Weight has only gone up 5lbs but lost a lot of fat. Definatly not drinking enough water also. Not taking anything else. Should I get back on the ai?

i would get back on the ai and take a low dose of cialis ed
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

Routinely check your BP, that seems high. I think 180/ needs medical attention.you might need to look into meds.

BP will go up on cycle. you can alleviate some of this by taking a BP med. probably a good idea to do.
