Gyno?

34yrs old
a few cycles over the yrs, mostly test e/deca.
10-12% bf

I know I've come across a ton of these threads but didn't pay enough of attention to them. I'm about week 8 on a test/deca stack. Suddendly the other day my right nipple was sore and had a lump. I took 1mg of arimidex and a 20mg tab of nolvadex. Should I stop taking the deca and continue the test for a couple more weeks and should I continue taking 20mg of nolvadex and .5mg of arimidex for a few more weeks?

Also could someone give me the rundown on how to prevent and/or treat gyno? I'm looking for something in a format similar to: "first take nolvadex, then arimidex, then letro, then ect....." Hoping someone could give me the rundown on what to take and if it doesn't remedy the issue move on to x, then y, then ect.
