    Is this cycle right ?

    I have a friend who is training for body building . Hes about 5'8 236 pounds his cycle consist of

    Wk 1-5 300mg Deca on M/TH
    Wk 1-5 test Cyp on M/TH
    And after week 5 he plans to take winny for a month in decreasing amounts to taper cycle ..

    His more experienced bodybuilding friends suggested this but after reading around the forums I just thought that didn't make sense , but I'm not extremely knowledged in this field or as experienced as his friends , so I'm asking you guys does that look like a good cycle ?

    I don't want to say something too him if I'm wrong

    Whats "your friend's" Body Fat percentage? Everything is wrong with that cycle from the info you gave. You should tell him that and have him come on here and ask questions for himself before he starts using anything he isn't educated on. His more experienced bb friends are not experienced if they recommended that cycle. deca needs to be run longer. Cyp longer too. No point in tapering except with maybe pct meds. And if If his already pretty chunky, he shouldn't think about cycling until he can loose a good amount of fat. Dangerous on a few different levels ie heart, blood pressure, could injure himself easily ect ect. If he went along with his planned cycle... he may end up dropping a few pounds of fat which he can accomplish anyway +more, with a little tweek in diet and some real work in the gym/treadmill/stairmaster/hampster wheel.

    your firend is either a future mr olympic at those stats or he fat, either way the cycle is very very poor and you be lucky to see any results at all

    Lol that was blunt , I told him to check out these forums and he has downloaded the app but I seem to be spending the most time , yea I knew for the test cyp he was running it to0 short.. future mr Olympia that literally made me lol.. Yea he is definately a chubby guy , I'll probably end up showing him this thread. So will the whole tapering thing be a waste of time ?


    Btw It really is my friend, I Hve a feeling I gave off the impression that I was Lying about it really being me or something. The only reason that I'm posting for him was because I plan on trying a cycle after him since he now has a steady supplier .. But I'm letting him work out the kinks before I try lol

    Yeah... people think tapering is a good idea. Maybe it is for some compounds IDK. But for AAS that shut down your bodys own natural test production, there is no point. Winny shuts down your nuts/test production, so it should be run along with test anyway. But lets say your friend did winny only for the last 4/5 weeks and started at 50mg a day and went down to 10mg a day the last week... Your nuts are still shut down and not producing any testosterone. You're still going to have to do Post cycle therapy to start producing test again on your own. There is no point in lowering your dose every week until PCT. You're basically loosing out on gains/cuts in body fat that you would have gotten if you would have kept your dose at a steady dose the whole time.
