Need help with my 2nd cycle!!

I currently taking 750mg of Test e a week. I've been doing this for almost 3 weeks now and was thinking about throwing in Winny to help me keep cut. What do you guys recommend? When would I start taking the Winny? I was also told I should add Milk Thistle to protect my liver?? Any help would really be appreciated. I'm currently 5'9" 183 at about 10%bf. I'm trying to get a little bigger then where I'm at now.

How many weeks are running the test? I would save it more towards the end of cycle. and i like milk thistle, some like liv-52 but i've never tried it.

How do you take Milk Thistle? Every day? How much ect?

12 weeks is best for e imo. I'd start the Winny in week 7. I take 1,050mgs of MT everyday, half in the morning and half in the late afternoon.

Are you running an AI and/or HCG w/this cycle? What about PCT?

No AI but I do have clomid and Nolvi on hand.

i think you should get some ai immediately and start. 750mg for a second cycle... almost certainly you'll need ai.
