    First Cycle

    I'm 36 6'1 230lbs about 15% BF
    Going to be doing 10 weeks of test e 500MG, 250 Sun and Wed night
    Going to use Clomid for my PCT after checking the PCT forums, was thinking of adding in hcg too, but not sure what dosages.
    Was also trying to figure out what AI and dosage to incorporate just incase...

    a-dex .25mg eod adjust as needed
    hcg during cycle up to pct 250iu 2x a week
    nolva and clomid for pct
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Cool thank you. Also to add some info, I'm not sure I'm 15% bf, haven't had it tested ina while, but I do know my metabolism is down the last few years and I have a bit more BF than I'd like. My diet was a bit rough for a couple months, but have it reigned in now. I've been training for 20 years, I train hard and effeciently, I use 2 days of HIIT( typically for about 20 mins including warm up and cool down, and 2 days of medium level bike( 25 mins) for cardio right now.

    I just finished a 12 week lifting cycle and am taking next week off prior to starting on my forst aas cycle on the 1st. During that week off I'll do 4 days of medium cardio on the bike, no HIIT during this time, and follow it wiht good stretching.

    Just want to make sure I'm doing this right. I've been a gym rat all my life, and have hit the wall this year. Figure I'd give this a try and want to do it 100% correctly if I'm going to do it.

    i would try and get an accurate bf. The higher yuor body fat the more chance for side effects
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    I may hit the local campus and see if they are doing any hydrostatic weighing prior to starting. I might be estimating high at 15%.

    My first cycle was at about 15% bf. I got really bad acne carpet front and back. It would be worth while to diet down to less than 15% if at all possible. Acne STINKS!

    I restarted eating clean this week. I'll get an actual test done to make sure. I'd hate to get acne

    What I do is get one accurate test, like hydrostatic or Bod Pod, then take a caliper test. Then you can make some correlation between your actual body fat (bod pod/hydrostatic) and the caliper measurements. Keep taking caliper measurements until you're down below 15%.

    Can we get an arms by side pic and a back shot? From what you posted us have you high teens maybe 20's.
