    Test e / tren cycle advice

    Im 3 weeks into a test e tren h cycle. Running test 250mg twice /wk (mon/thurs) and tren h 100mg 1.25c twice/wk (mon/thurs). So 500mg test/wk and 250mg tren h/wk.

    I just picked up a 20ml 100mg/ml tren a and was wondering how to incorporate it into my cycle? Would like to up my tren dosage a bit.

    How's this sound... 1c tren a 1/2c of test e EOD

    Or maybe I should just up my tren h dosage to about 400/week and save the tren a for the end of the cycle

    Don't take this the wrong way but at 156 lbs. you need to focus on diet and drop the tren . Are you running an ai? What about hcg ? Pct plan? What is your tdee?

    ya man ^^^ unless you are just going for a different look. but imo i think you could achieve what you want naturally. but i am not one to tell people what to do. What do you want to achieve from this cycle?

    At 5'5ish I feel my body is proportional to its size. My goal in this cycle is to gain about 10+ lean muscle and be ripped up. Im at 160lb right now and about 11.5% bf. I would like to hit 170 and about 9% bf.

    I've been on liq stane since day 1 @ 12.5 eod. Pct starts 14 days after last test inj and consits of nolva 40/40/20/20 and clomid 100/100/50/50.

    My diet is ok. I keep my carbs and fats to a minimum. I have 2 kids and the wife is pregnant so its extremely hard to have a strick diet. I try my best to eat healthy and take in as much protein from food as possible. I do supplement shakes PWO and once again later in the day.

    Why would you keep carbs and fats to a minimum?

    I don't eliminate them. Im carefull not to consume a lot of the simple carbs. I know I need complex carbs and fats in my diet wheither I'm cutting or bulking. I try to 40% protein 40% carbs 20% fats but like I said diet in my home is harder than my dick on 750mg test/wk

    The best thing I do is prepare all my meals for the week Sunday night. Prepackage them and pack them up each morning and off I go. Usually wait til the family is a sleep. It does take a while but it's worth it. And honestly I would find more pleasure in eating a rock than another chicken breast at this point but what ya going to do. Oh and brown rice. Just awesome 2 cups 3 times a day.

    Good advice. Might give that a try next week.
    You were saying I should drop the tren . Do you think I should drop the tren and run test e for 12 weeks and try to gain more mass?

    If you get your diet down you will have good gains with test only. Tren isn't something to just throw in because you have it. I have no experience with Stane but armidex .25 mg eod and hcg 250 mcgs x 2 a week would make a nice cycle with the test e. but diet diet diet. 90 % of success

    Yeah. I've always wanted to go back to the basics and just run test solo but for some reason tren sucks me in. Back when I ran test only cycle I really didn't understand how diet played a factor in the results. Now I know test by its self can be used to cut or bulk depending on your diet.
    Thanks for all the advice Capebuffalo. Guess I'll just roll with this cycle as planed and try to get my diet in check. Maybe I'll run a test only cycle over the winter with a clean diet and try to gain mass.
