Ok i may be wrong on this but I've got info on why to run hcg and how it works but not much on how to inject it. i believe you inject into the fat layer under the skin but correct me if important wrong so how exactly do you do this and know if your doing it right? And is it difficult if you are very lean?

Just pinch the skin of your stomach, push it in sideways so its just under your skin and fat.

You can inject it in a variety of ways, however IM at least an inch from the belly button is the most common and in my opin the easiest, most painfree.

1/2 or 5/16th. its a tiny pin. Even being very lean it not hard to inject its just under the skin
