Anavar and winstrol doubt

Does winstrol and Anavar have the same results and effects? With just winstrol having more sides

did you try reading about them? They have similiar effects as far as cutting, but are very different from one another.

I did. It says its the same for cutting.
But then I know some people are taking both in the same cycle. So why would they do that?

They might do that because they are misinformed, uneducated, or just want to "see what happens" when they use themselves as guinea pigs. You aren't going to double you're fat loss by using winny and anavar together. That could be what your peeps are thinkin. They both are used in cutting cycles. Anavar can be used in bulking cycles. rarely do you hear of anyone using winny for anything but cutting.
