lowered libido after cycle very common ?

so im 10 days into PCT from 750mg sust, 300mg deca a week and also used anavar at 100mg a day for just over 7 weeks good gains no real sides, 10 days into pct and libido feels slightly lower is this common and as PCT continues should my libido rise again.
pct is clomid 100/100/50/50 & nolvadex 40/40/20/20 also did 3 shots of hcg (5000iu's split into 3 shots) during the first 9 days. e3d.

Yes absolutely its common. Did you use an AI while on cycle? using one is a really good idea particularly with a test dosage this high and 19 nors in the mix. By controlling aromatization you will usually control prolactin elavation and minimize sides.

However AI or not a loss of libido is indeed common as the test leaves your body particularly if deca is still clearing. But no worries it will most likely clear up in a few wks, if it gets worse or you have good insurance or a lot of money get some intermediate labs to check you blood values and this will help you pinpoint any problem areas.

yea i was using arimidex during cycle .25mg a day. should i start using the arimidex again during pct ?? like i said im 10 days into pct and libido is low and dont get hard very easy, but if its common il guess il stop worrying and just give it a little more time and let PCT do its thing. also does masterbating make any difference to recovery ? just if i do masterbate im not intersted in doing it again for a while which isnt normally like me

Yep common. I experienced loss of libido and had inability to get erections for a few weeks! Scared the living daylights out of me! Had the same worries as you.

Everyone is different, I have read that many get their libido back, some don't! To ease your mind, mine came back at what seemed to be better than before! Scary time waiting though - I feel your pain. I wouldn't worry too much though - it's normal, if it aint back six weeks post pct then I'd be concerned. Good to get your bloodwork done at that time too, regardless.

I wouldn't think getting back on AI during PCT is wise...

aa okay thanks, i can gain erections sometimes but sometimes not. not sure if alot of it is in my head making things worse erection wise. cheers

Do not use an AI during PCT. Using an AI during PCT will drop estro too low and cause a lot more problems with your recovery.

I know this is no help this go round but in case you run another Test/Deca cycle.

A common problem with Deca as I stated originally, is that often whatever test is being used has cleared before the Deca. This causes a lot of problems and complicates PCT. For this reason I like to use a long estered test for at least 2 wks after my last pin of Deca to ensure that the deca clears in a test rich environment. Also instead of using HCG in large doses during PCT I feel you are a lot better off to use it throughout the cycle in moderate doses of 250 e3rd. How I like to analogize this is to say if you were growing fruit and only had 4 inches of rain would you rather water the fruit with a half inch every week or let the fruit shrivel on the vine then water it for a week straight and try to revive it?

Anyway no worries just continue what you are doing, however you might want to continue PCT for another 2 wks at a reduced dosage say 25 and 10 since Deca often requires a long PCT to achieve optimal results. Also I prefer Torem as its not nearly as the sides are not nearly as rough, however thats just my own personal deal. See Swifto's section on PCT for in depth details on different PCTs.
