    bloating

The last couple cycles I was on I never took any AI, just clomid post cycle. I bloated like a mofo, on test c 500. What do you all recommend to eliminate bloating. OTHER THAN diet. The diet was in check. Also about 10 days after my last shot i went in to bench and my shoulder was literally grinding bone to bone. I had to stop. It went away after a week and after i got on some creatine but im wondering how to prevent that in the future.

I have noticed more bloating the higher my BF%. Its why I often tel others to lower BF% before cycling to avoid sides such as this

Does the bloat have anything to do with joints grinding like that, estro??

yes i believe it did. great observation. as soon as i started dropping water weight after i finished my cycle, the joint pain started. The test definitely "lubed" my joints, in my opinion. I was able to do strict military presses all cycle without a problem. An excercise that usually does not agree with my shoulders. I definitely think that the bloat had something to do with the shoulders.

Gotcha, so after the test was tapering off the t/e ratio was out of whack?

Yes, Im trying to plan my next round, and believe that an AI would help to prevent both the bloat, and my body's reaction to the sudden lack thereof, post cycle. I really just need help with SERMS and AI, used concurrently with AAS, not during PCT.

Yea it's important get dialed in. Even if it's only for the 3 months cycling, you should still feel good when going at it 100%. I saw your location is FL lol, I just moved near Daytona.

There are some good threads in the PCT forum but yes I would recommend an AI. I prefer Exemestane as well. Many regard it to be the best out there, but others such as ADex work better for some. I actually feel like I have to take a higher dose of stane to do the trick but like it otherwise.
