PCT suggestion please!

my friends from gym have been cycling for a couple of years 10+ cycles easily and they say after last injection of sus wait one week then take pct (nolv clom) but alot of people on here say wait till test fully leaves the body what do you guys rekon? thanks.

Nobody here will tell you to wait till all the test is out of your body.... sust you should wait 14-18 days before you start your pct because of the longer esters it has.. at this point you will still have test in you but it will be at a rate so when you start your pct it should balance through for a smooth transition.. if you take it prematuerly you will waste pct material and if ran for standard 4weeks it will not be sufficient due to the premature start
