gyno come back after surgery?

Getting surgery soon, made another post before bout it, but im wondering if anyone ever got any symptoms after they had glands removed? Doc says no one hes ever done work on has had it return but its still "possible". Anyone had it happen? Or you pretty much in the clear and can run nice tren cycles :) I think it depends on the skill of your doctor, but just wondering what people have to say about this.

Because the gland is not completely removed you are still prone to getting Gyno.

Bro, I know first hand. Had surgery twice....They do not remove the gland just the tissue. And YES it does come back. Unless your rocking some golf balls and a load of fat, save the money. They lipo that area as well during the surgery.
