Thank you all for your advice, I appreciate your concern. I still haven't gotten my Anavar yet, I am waiting for it in the mail. But after hearing your advice I am having second thoughts. I have been very busy but am about to start hitting the gym everyday, I have been researching work out videos and am trying to perfect my form and work out plan, so far Im doing this:
sat - legs
sun - Chest
mon - sprints
tue - back
wed - shoulders
thu - sprints
fri - arms
But if there is any good work outs any one can suggest for any of those categories that would be dope. Remember Im a beginner, I can bench 50-60 on dumbells comfertabley on any incline or decline, biceps curl 35 comfertabley, tricep pulldown 120 comfertabley
But I have to say my biggest problem is diet. I never know what to eat or how much to eat, or even when to eat. If any one can suggest a diet plan, or simple meal suggestions that would be appreciated. the simpler the better.
And as far as the Anavar goes, I havent decided whether or not take it. I know I wont abuse it, and I will do it responsibly. so if any one has any advice regarding the Anavar assuming I DO end up doing a cycle that would be appreciated as well.
