first time- anavar cycle
Hey every one, im 20 years old 6 foot 2 inches and 228 pounds, and i have just ordered Anavar . ive never done anything like this before but have been doing my research, im interested in anavar for its weight loss properties. i am on the chubby side and am ashamed to say i have man boobs, my goal is it loose as much body fat as possible, (especialy in the chest area).
i want to know if any one can help me put together a diet plan and a work out plan to best suite my goals.
i have a friend that suggested and aquired the anavar for me, but he lives in another city, so basicaly im on my own, and i need to know what im up against. my anavar should arrive in 2 or 3 weeks, and i was wondering if i should do anything to prepare for my cycle?
just anything and everything i should know before during and after my cycle please

At 6'2" and 228 you probably only need to lose 20 pounds, which can be done in 8-12 weeks very easily just by exercising regularly and cutting some carbs out of your diet.

Without knowing BF% there is no way of knowing how much he needs to lose.
OP right now i would not suggest running anything. Although anavar is relatively mild, it still suppresses your natural production and has an effect on your HPTA.
At 20 you would not want this to happen.
If you do not have a proper diet and training established then it will do absolutely nothing. Also those two things alone could help you to reach your goals very quickly.
Its amazing what diet and training alone can do at your age.

Welcome to the forum. Use the next 5 years to fix your diet and training. It's a good idea to stay away from AAS at your age. Visit the nutri section for some advice.

Thank you all for your advice, I appreciate your concern. I still haven't gotten my Anavar yet, I am waiting for it in the mail. But after hearing your advice I am having second thoughts. I am willing to try to lose my weight with out Anavar. But I have tried before with little to no success, I don't have much of a gut I just have man boobs. And nothing I try works, Im hoping that Anavar is finally going to be what I've been looking for.
I have been very busy but am about to start hitting the gym everyday, I have been researching work out videos and am trying to perfect my form and work out plan, so far Im doing this:
sat - legs
sun - Chest
mon - sprints
tue - back
wed - shoulders
thu - sprints
fri - arms
But if there is any good work outs any one can suggest for any of those categories that would be dope. Remember Im a beginner, I can bench 50-60 on dumbells comfertabley on any incline or decline, biceps curl 35 comfertabley, tricep pulldown 120 comfertabley
But I have to say my biggest problem is diet. I never know what to eat or how much to eat, or even when to eat. If any one can suggest a diet plan, or simple meal suggestions that would be appreciated. the simpler the better.
And as far as the Anavar goes, I havent decided whether or not take it. I know I wont abuse it, and I will do it responsibly. so if any one has any advice regarding the Anavar assuming I DO end up doing a cycle that would be appreciated as well.

I do agree tho...you dont need the Anavar yet.....you just need to focus on yur work out and know where you want to end up and an idea of how to get there. When you get enough reps - PM and I can try and guide you on the issue you have ---- when i was over weight - I had bigger boobs than my gf and shes a stripper! lol --- There are plenty of ways to improve that ALOT before AAS.

Everyone says "just one cycle" or "I won't abuse it" until they try.....and then it's all over. Lol.
DG is right, lots of areas to improve before jumping into the junk. Take him up on his offer!

I agree there is no just one cycle...lol we love the effects so we do more ......lol we are human,... anyway --- Id gladly help anyone with weight loss --- I went thru it and im still going thru it I know how hard it is...and even worse Im losing weight and still gaining muscle at the same time....lol its next to impossible ...but i do it -- so anyone that wants to PM me go ahead...

ever thought about crossfit? yes i know, its unusual to most, personally i dont do it but i got a group of friends that do it (not like the things youd see on youtube etc where people look like speds) but its high intensity. i had a mate sitting on 25% BF not sure exactly how long it took him but at the moment his sitting on 10% i know because everytime i see him at the gym he goes on and on about how he lost all the weight it haha. i wont lie he actually has a good physique (no homo) but this is just a option.

You are far better off eating less food at one sitting w/ 2 to 3 hour breaks and doing f-u-c-k loads of high rep (20-25 or even more) excercises IMO. W/ of course more Cardio.
