    all natural PICS ..wanting to step it up ..need advice

    ive always thought i have a dream frame for this ...any suggestions on what to take as per.my body and pics ..im trying to

    Sad truth of the matter looking at your pic is that you're gonna have to do what myself and many others have done.

    Take a trip over to the nutrition section. Lots of great folks and advice in there.

    Get your bf down before you cycle. Because all will tell you higher bf% means bigger chance of negative sides.

    Myself I'm still not ready and still learning everyday. Just thought I'd throw it out there to you.

    thanks bro ....i have a hard time eating healthly ...i can stay below my calories but its the healthy foods that i hate

    Bro. If you can't fix your diet, you can forget about running any AAS as it will do nothing for you. Cutting and Bulking has everything to do with Diet.

    That said, from that picture, you can easily shed the excess with cardio.

    And as far as the eating healthy. Chances are you won't always like it. It gets redundant eating the same stuff day in and day out but it's the easiest way to keep macros inline without having to do the math everyday. There are ways to make things taste better or change it up a bit. It just comes down to how bad do you want it.

    Like I said the nutrition section is the best start. Make a thread in there with your pic and what you eat everyday with macros included if you know them. If not read the stickies at the top of the nutrition section. They will teach you how to determine your tdee and how to plan a diet. Then you can post your planned diet and the others will help you tweak it. Initiative goes a long way here so having a plan to start with will warrant a much better response from other members.

    k...i acually started cardio16 days ago ..jumping from one machine to the other ..untill i burn 500 calories every day ...i like to atay around 155bpm for as long as possible fast walking up big incline on treadmill...is there any supplements ..that can help me redu e this disgusting fat..faster ...its not thst i eat bad .its just i only like a few things ..like breakfast ..one bananna...mid breakfast protein
    lunch ..subway 6 inch ham turkey on wheat with american cheese or pbandj...and dinner i eat red meats ..chicken ..uncle bens wild rice ..mushrhooms ..potatoes ....thats about it .that i can tolerate ..i also just started eating this when i started my cardio....i also
    take juice plus gummies....is this diet suffiecent

    I wouldnt worry about fat burners right now. You get your diet sorted and it'll come off pretty fast. If that's what you're eating daily you need to rework the whole thing.

    Sorry guys I know you are trying to help him out but my BS alarm is going off and I smell a troll.

    Who in their right mind would say they have a dream frame for this (body building) when they look like that. Have then never seen a body builder or anyone in 1/2 good shape let alone a mirror or their own reflection. Sorry but I'm sure it's an old ex member who was banned playing games. This picture looks like someone who has never lifted a weight in his life.
