genetic puffiness

Is there anything i can do for puffy nipples that have always been there before i ever cycle?

i'm not sure i could call it gyno but ive got nipples that always appear puffy unless cold, not big puffy nipples but puffy nonetheless. This seems to me the case with the other males on my family also. Just wonderi g if i can combat this now in any way?
