About PCT and keeping gains?

I have heard so many different opinions HERE about the right time to start a PCT. When using test enanthate should I run my PCT after 1 or 2 weeks from the last injection. Let's say that I had my last injection in day number 90, should I start PCT in day 97 or day 104?

About keeping gains during and after PCT, I was thinking about getting a higher protein intake besides glutamine to prevent catabolism, so what do you think?

I have also been thinking about running HCG in the last 4 weeks of the cycle, 250iu 3x a week until I run the PCT because during it I would be running HCG at 500iu ED for 3 weeks with both nolva and clomid, so the PCT would be 6 weeks like this:
HCG 3 weeks 500iu ED
Nolva 6 weeks 40/40/20/20/10/10
Clomid 6 weeks 100/100/50/50/50/50

What do you think?

I'm still working on my first cycle, and it would be like this:
weeks 1-8 deca 200mg
weeks 1-10 test enan 350
1-10 nolva 10mg ED

Thanks, but what if getting an ai was impossible, Would nolva be better than nothing?

I would not run Nolva throughout cycle.


Why can't you get an Ai? It's one of the easiest things to obtain.


Keeping gains after cycle is much more dependent on your diet and training.

I am in my final week of PCT and have lost no weight or strength so far at all.

Actually I cannot get it easily.
If I may ask, what was your cycle and what is your PCT? Did you have any changes in diet or supplements during PCT?

Do you have computer access? If so can you click on the AR-R banner? If so click on liquidex. I would think it would be easier to get than your test e.
During and after pct increase cals lower intensity and shorter work outs.

I think I vaguely recall a thread this week on keeping and making gains during pct. Anyone remember?

Check out my whole log in the member's progress log section.

Just get some from Ar-r, unless you are in some place where you can't.

My diet is even heavier during PCT. I eat shit tons of fatty protein rich foods.

@Capebuffalo it is a little more complicated than that, especially in my area. Thanks for the advice and it sounds good, I'll also find the thread you have mentioned.

I can't say this is the best way to go about a cycle. But, damn it sure worked. . . . . .
