Gear for me causes the same thing, they all effect the Central Nervous System. There are a few items at the Supplement store that helps to get a good night sleep, i personally like 5-htp.

On my TRT dosage I sleep pretty good. But at higher blast levels I'll wake up every hour or so. Straight melatonin is ok but the time release melatonin works much better for me.

Thank you all! I was wondering what it could be and since the E is all that has changed on my bodily intake I figured as much. Go to have support and similar results alike.

Yeah, go with some Melatonin. I've never slept better since I started taking it.

I use melatonin and if its bad some dyphen-hydromine. You can get it in something like Tylenol PM or all by itself. The melatonin, I find the 5mg works great for me. The 1 mg is just not nearly enough, but I have always had trouble sleeping..

Yes,all are good. But do some cardio with your lifting. It is good for your heart and will make you sleep.

Just to throw this out there, I try to do my workouts in the morning. It gets the metabolizm going and any adrenaline has worn off by bed time. If I work out after 7pm im screwed, I cannot get to sleep till pretty late...

I think this may have a lot to do with it as well. I was lifting in the early morning and my day was very energized. Now I lift at night and it's hard to get motivated/energetic for the workout (C4 helps) and quickly, I'm pumped and hyper after the first exercise.
Maybe this all caries into my insomnia.. Duh!.. LoL. I get tired but no ZZzzz's.

I have found that a good sized snack/meal also helps to K.O.

I think you'll get adjusted to it after a bit.

That's because 125g/week is far too much for a first cycle

With TESTOSTERONE that side really isnt that common. It does stimulate the CNS to a certain degree so anything is possible.

Melatonin is great to help regulate sleep patterns and assist in quality REM sleep...for all you mel users, look into Magnesium sulfate, 500mg with the mel works great too. Mag is a soft tissue muscle relaxer and recent studies have showed it has cardiovascular benefits as well.
