Most people frontload the first 2 weeks. You can do 1 week, it depends on the individual.

If you were running 500mg/wk then you would just do 1g/wk for the first 1 or 2 weeks then back to the normal 500mg/wk dose.

    for the first 2 weeks

1000mg/week (double up your shots ie 500mg shots twice a week)

From week 3 onwards,, ur normal dosage, in this case as you listed, 500mg/week

i always had the impression that most people don't frontload.

if you decided to go ahead with it, remember to adjust your AI accordingly.

i assume its not your first cycle? shooting 1g a wk for a first cycle, even if its just frontloading the first 2 wks, sounds scary.

i find front loading to be counter productive in the fact that for some it just kicks in the sides quicker and heavyer before you even get going...how usefull is that?...why not do a normal cycle doseing protocol and ease your way into it...just my 2 cents...

If your new to cycling there is no need to frontload. If your advanced then double the injections up to the first half life, or 2 wks will be fine.

Just run 500mg from start to finish. Worry about front loading later.

    Agreed.

I've never cared that much for FL.

I'd prefer to use prop or suspension in the beginning.

agree with above on I am not a fan of fl, but if I was going to fl is makes much more sense to fl prop. You will have great gains on a 500 a week cycle, good luck!

it will be cycle 4. last time(s), I didn't start to see results until around week 6. which was pretty disappointing. I was wondering what a full 10 or 12 weeks of productive cycle would do, rather than just half a cycle's results... Hence the urge to frontload.

whats the point of front loading?? does fl actually make gains come quicker?? the ester is still the same so wouldnt it take the same amount of time to see anything???

It supposedly gets blood serum levels up to what they should be faster. because the whole half life thing makes it complicated and the long esters take a long time to work. Instead of waiting 6 weeks for your blood levels to get to 100%, they get there in a week or two with frontloading.

i think this has already been touched upon but if youre thinking about front loading, and youre not an ADVANCED user then simply use prop in and prop out. short ester will act fast and give you results sooner and will also smooth out your recovery at the end. my .02
