I am just starting out on my first cycle.
I have been pinning my right quad (and need to start rotating) but I can't seem to keep either hand
stable when getting ready for the left side.
Please answer these:
1. When you inject opposite side, do you do the jab with your normal hand or opposite hand?
2. What happens if you hit (or went through) a surface vein?
Is it possible to badly damage a vein?
Thinking about going through a vein then wobbling around by accident
3. How do you keep the needle steady while in?
It seems that it would be almost impossible to avoid moving the head of the needle up or down in the muscle (once in). Even if the needle itself was always fully under the skin. - Or is the distribution of veins so sparse that it doesn't matter?
4. What happens if you don't jab the needle in straight?
You drift to the side or change the angle of entry whilst the needle is finishing going in.
5. Is it fine to just rotate between right and left quads (and nothing else)?
Thanks.
