Sust 500mgs a week
Primo tabs 50-100mgs a day
winny tabs 50mgs a day
anavar tabs 30mgs a day

How many weeks should it be ran etc

Also nolva and clomid and hcg and arimidex and exestamine lmk what you would do

I'm 26 - 5'9" - 180lbs - 18%bf

Not planning on using all nolva clomid hcg arimidex exestamine just what I can get

3 orals is not a good idea at all. What are your goals?

Primo oral is a bad idea as well. Unless you are a female you would need large doses which would cost a fortune to see any benefit. I've run Anavar and winny at the same time and got sick. I feel it was related but that is only opinion and not absolute fact. I got chills and was always cold ad lethargic. I wouldn't do it again.

I'd inject primo, inject the sustanon, and eat some Anavar. But I don't know anything about you, so this may still be way more cycle then you are ready for.

Have done sust 375 and deca 275 1 shot both a week was my first cycle... no pct = bad aftermath

I then did sust 250 e4d with primo, pct I have down packed...

I also had test e, primo,and var.. Pct the same figured it out what works for my body

Now I'm looking at how I should go about this one btw I have very long breaks in between cycles like years and months

Now I like sust so that's a def I'm just checking to see how and what you think I should run with it I was lookin to mix up what I posted earlier I know primo is not bad on liver as a tab I just have to take almost double not a problem.

As for winny and var winny being the worst I'm looking for guidance lol
Var is 10mgs and winny is 50mgs so

winny would be 1 a day
Primo is 50mgs 2 a day
Var 4 a day and sust 2 shots a week just looking at when and how long honestly

Should I run start to finish or switch em up as I get going...
Length of gear is depends on what you all think would be best and beneficial

Again I'm 5'9" 180 about 18% bf or less

I'm going to stand by my original statement that oral primo is a bad plan of action. Primo acetate (which is what oral primo is) is not methylated and not very orally available. You would see dramatic results injecting 100mgs of primo a day compared to oral. It won't even seem like the same compound. Literally like night and day.

your diet is going to determine bulking or cutting or any body comp changes. Not adding in other drugs. Take an ai for water retention
