using toremifene instead of tamoxifen for pct due to ssri interaction..hard to source
Hi i am in need of an alternative to nolva for pct as i take an ssri which interacts with the nolva. I dont use clomid due to the major negative side effects i get from it. I use arimidex nolva hcg suppress c vit c usually. I am aware of toremifene but i cant find it anywhere using my online sources (UK) is this drug rare on the market or is it a UK licensing issue?? Or am i blind?
Cheers,

depends on the ssri you take with regards to prozac fluoxetine they compete for the same enzyme making the nolva useless as the fluoxetine is dominant

Nevermind. I just googled. I never een thought about that to be honest. I'm on lexapro and wellbutrin and it said the wellbutrin affects it tremendously so I think I'll drop it during pct but the lexapro isn't a competitor for that specific enzyme pathway

SSRI's usually dont chop and change, it takes 4-6 weeks to work up to necessary dose and become effective, you usually feel shit when starting and stopping too so not worth the hassle in changing, and if its working your doc prob wont change it
