I've heard so many different opinions on benadryl, like, it depends which country you're in, or it used to, or it doesn't. I'm sure a vet or knowledgeable member will chime in......but why not just use ketotifen?

didnt think of that. benadryl is cheaper though.

Benadryil doesn't work. Keto works good. My comment based on 1 b/c cycle and 3 k/c cycles.

take this with a grain of salt, but i tried doing the 2 week on and 2 week off without any benny or keto and the last time I took two weeks off I used banadryl every night for those 2 weeks and once I got back on the clen I couldnt sleep, was jittery at 30 mcg. I only got those sides the first few times i did it and they never came back even after the 2 week break. So logic would dictate that the bennys did do something
