    Questions about clen

    I'm currently 240lbs 14% bf, 26yo

I was reading up on clen and keep getting contradicting information.

I want to lose as much fat as possible while preserving all/95% of my muscle.

I've read that clen is anabolic and that it isint..... which is it?

Also what is recommended regarding diet. My Bmr is around 3600-3800. what would you guys recommend I should make the deficit?

I'm not looking for immediate fat loss, a steady pace is fine. I actually will be starting a bulk around september, so the reason I want to use the clen is just to look better for the summer and start my bulk with the least bodyfat as i can.

My diet is very clean, currently getting at least 3800 calories per day, doing 45% carb 35% protein 20% fats.

One more thing, I read somewhere that it is anabolic in animals not in humans because of some certain receptor that has to do with insulin release. Well I'm a type 1 diabetic and am in complete control of when and how much insulin is in my body, so would this help in any way shape or form while using the clen?

    Thanks!

Not really sure what you've been reading but if you had used the search option you would have found everything you need to know. If you want a steady fat loss than just do a diet, clen will not help unless you already are on a cutting diet and obviously in a caloric deficit. Do a search on Clen and read a thread called, The Clenbuterol Handbook

Clen is used in bovine production. It acts as an anabolic agent in pigs. The meat is leaner, redder, and just look better. It was used a lot in China and developing countries. Just recently, in the last year, a number of people in China's died because of the tainted meat. As a matter of fact, hundreds of people have been jailed and some even executed. It's was a pretty serious deal over there. Clen is not anabolic in humans. Clen is used in asthmatic sprays as a bronchial dilator. It opens blood vessels, speeds up the heart and thins the blood. The perfect thermogenic. I don't believe clen will affect your diabetes but I'm not a diabetic and just drawing a conclusion based on my experience. If you want gradual weight loss clen is not for you. I hate the shakes, the increased blood pressure, the thumping in my ears, the cold sweat, etc. But I love the way it makes me look. The best way for gradual weight loss is diet and cardio. Just do it naturally you'll suffer less.
