    Need some advice

    Ok so learning a lot here but need some help, I'm 245 bf idk but most likely 17-23% I'm 5'11". Want to cut bf, i have lifted since young 45 now, good health. So I started cycle 3 wks ago started 50ed var every 12hr,2 wks ago started 500 mg test cyp 250 twice week. Hasn't kicked in yet maybe another 2 weeks. I ordered clen / t3 I am going to add it I was wondering, when, and how much I need to be taking. I am on an AI Ed to. Thanks for help

    You should not have started a cycle if you don't know your body fat especially if it's over 15%. You run a higher risk of gyno. ai eod. Test only for a first cycle. I have to ask you to post everything you ate yesterday. I am curious what a clean diet of a person with 20% bf. also what do you have on hand for your pct. welcome

    6. Dont b afraid to start at square 1! Meaning research every angle u can diet, gear, cardio, and workout...come up with plans n then come bak to the table.

    Do cardio and get that fat off. Cape's right, high bf means higher chances for bad sides. Gyno is not a good deal it's pre-cancerous.

    Look I understand everything you all are saying, been doing this long time. I started driving truck 5 years ago went from 225 with 4% bf, used to bodybuild and powerlift . Driving truck went to 308. Lol what used to work 15 years ago don't now. I work 14 hr days. I have brought my weight down to present with cardio, lifting and a very restricted diet. Meaning less than 1500 cal day during the week, mostly from protein shake,and creative. On weekends when which I have time I eat all out meaning 2 chicken beast, mixed vegs. 10 egg omelette, with cheese and whole wheat bagel. Then I can tuna, brown rice. That's it 6 meals day on weekend. My bf idk it most likely not as high as stated, but then I go by mirror not scales and calipers I'm old school.even on restricted diet I have added muscle, not trying to build a lot, just trying to get bf off. Using gear to build muscle= more muscle more bf burned. I am taking stane at 12.5 mg Ed that's what bear told me to do, read a lot his post so gonna trust that. Just need some help on the clen and t3 thanks. Different things work for different people, trust me when it comes to diet I know what I'm doing what I need and what I don't need. I have built muscle before on 150 grams protein a day so I thank you all for the help.

    Oh and during week I only eat protein no carbs except from creatine. This works for me, I have lost that 61 lbs I. Less than 2 months and it's all been bf trial and error works

    I thought this was supposed to be a good forums for advice and learning, now I have some joke calling me a liar, lol Phillip Campbell Waterbury, ct bring your punk ass here and call me a liar. As for picture don't need no diet advice was just looking for some help with clen / t3 lol. And back when I was 25 did cybergenics remember that, no gear went from 185 to 205 in 8 weeks and yes bf was at 3 % than or my dr was lying but considering I was getting sick because of it I believe him. At the time I was unaware that having that low body fat was very bad for organs. So with that said you all want to kick me go for it.     WATERBURY -- Federal agents raided the Greater Waterbury Chamber of Commerce, seeking records as part of an ongoing investigation into former Gov. John Rowland's activities, according to an online report Thursday night.

    The Waterbury Republica American reported that federal postal inspectors visited the chamber's office Wednesday with a subpoena ordering the group to turn over records related to Rowland.

    It was initially reported that the FBI had raided the chamber's offices, which was denied by a lawyer for the group.

    "The chamber was not raided or was any computer seized," Tom Parisot, the chamber's lawyer wrote in an email to the Connecticut Post and other media outlets. "We have communicated this information to Mr. Rennie."

    Rennie is former state Sen. Kevin Rennie, a lawyer and Daily Ructions blogger for the Hartford Courant. On Thursday he wrote that the FBI searched the chamber's office and seized computers. He linked the search to an ongoing investigation into Rowland.

    Rennie could not be reached at his South Windsor home or office early Thursday evening.

    Previously Rennie has said that federal investigators are looking into Rowland's volunteer work on the campaign of Lisa Wilson Foley, a Republican seeking the 5th District congressional nomination. That investigation allegedly stems from Rowland being paid $30,000 to work as a consultant for Apple Rehab, a therapeutic and convalescent facility in Avon owned by Brian Foley, the candidate's husband.

    Rowland's ties to the Greater Waterbury Chamber of Commerce include the group paying a portion of his $100,000 salary while working as Waterbury's economic development chief.

    He was hired by the city shortly after the June 2006 completion of his federal prison term for receiving gifts from developers and contractors while serving as governor. Rowland was governor from 1995 to 2004. He resigned during a legislative impeachment probe.

    You are absolutely right. You don't know me or have read any of my post. I apologize to you. I went off last week on a guy that called me a liar. I cant be hypocritical. #-4 percent body fat is almost impossible and function. Please ask the question you are looking for an answer to and I will tell you or find out for you. Or I wont post if you don't want me to. Please this is a good forum I was out of line.

    Cape it's cool man, I'm sorry to I was outta line, should have just let it go, the 4% not impossible just very very unhealthy organs can start shutting down. I just needed to know how to use Clem/t3 as safely as possible. Due to way I have been losing bf in last few months, it's kinda slowed down some. I need doses and timing if possible thanks and again appreciate the honesty , take care

    During the week due to schedule I have been drinking protein shakes 6 a day giving me 300 gms protein, one creatine serving no carbs except with creatine, I drink 1 1/2 gal water day, if I do get chance to eat during week it's 2 pieces of tuna cajon style and two cups brown rice , I know this ain't great I know ok I work 14 days plus workout everyday during week.i have no time to cook during the week. I have cut a lot bf this way, that's also using CLA stack which I have been on for to long. That's what I'm working with bw at 247 need to get down to 225 again. Not worried about muscle mass right now.

    That's not going to work. You. We'd to prepare all of you meals for the week. Package them. Put in a cooler and eat right. Look I told you I would give you the answer or find it for you. I am sorry but you have no business right now running any type of cycle. You can't fully commit to put everything you have into it. Honestly you need to stop and wait. Diet the best you can do cardio and work out. That's my honest assessment of your situation.
