Day 1 - 40mcg (if you can stand the sides go to Day 2), Day 2 - 60mcg (if you can stand the sides go to Day 3), Day 3 - 80mcg (if you can stand the sides go to Day 4), Day 4 - 100mcg (if you can stand the sides go to Day 5), Day 5 - 120mcg. I would just stay here for the remainder of your cycle. Do some cardio and watch your diet. You should see some good results after 3 weeks. The rule of thumb is 2wk on and 2wk off but I've run 3 week solid with keto and got super good results.
