    First Cycle Tips and Advice

Hey everyone, gonna start my first cycle (Test E 250) this Sunday. I will be doing the standard 12 week cycle injecting 250mg 2 times a week on Wednesday and Sunday, so 500mg per week. I have a-dex that I will be running at .25 eod if I start to see any negative sides. For PCT I have nolva that i will be starting 14-18 days after last injection at 40/40/20/20.
I'm 22, have been lifting for 6 years but I know I'll get some criticism for not waiting until I'm 25, but I'm eager to make some more gains as I have hit a plateau on most of my lifts.
    I'm 6'3 220lbs and about 9-10% BF.
A question I have is should I start taking the a-dex right away, or if I start to see some negative sides. I've uploaded a pic of my gear too.
    Thanks.

The first thing you're going to told is edit out the lab names.
Then people will read further on in your post, and yes you are right, criticism over not being 25.

Also, why is everyone around 10% BF or "low body fat". Not to troll, but the majority of people who think their 10% or sub, are not.

Saying that, my first cycle critique post sounded like I was presenting to members of a jury.

Ok and now for some real advise.
A: don't do it. Reason: you are so wrong about hitting any kind of plateau at your age. I also doubt you are under 10% bf so if you reconfigure your diet you can get more results at your young age.

Also by introducing Aas now you risk screwing up your body in the long run and r ding up on TRT for the rest of your life.

No if you like the sound of that along with early ED and depression problems then sure steroids are for you. But I'd bet that if you posted a typical days meals and a current pic of yourself 10/10 people here would say you ate not ready.

Are you on anything? Judging by your display pic I'd think not.

And if that is you you look good. And for 22 that's great. Just wait for your hormones to level of mid to late 20's.

But to answer your original question. Adex should be ran from the beginning. Around .25 EOD and I'd run clomid and nolva for pct.

Make sure you sterilize the area you're injecting. Infections suck...I know.

No why would I mind. This was my first. And I was in a class with 155-165. Don't remember if it had a name. It was also a novice or first timer category. I took second. There are some pics of the contest in my profile I think. The following year I competed in the next class up and also got second but I felt like I did not cut enough.

Good luck. I went to the Arnold this past year and was so jealous of everyone there. I felt tiny. I'm looking to compete at around 185 at my next one. So I'm concentrating at bulking for while while adding in my first cycle. I know I sometimes give out advise on how to cycle even though I haven't yet but I've got a good grasp on it as I've been training for a whole and learning about aas for around 7-8 years now. I turn 30 in Nov and I'll start my cycle as soon as my elbow surgery I had Tuesday heals up. CB you are a great asset to the board.

Yeah it was sponsor heaven. Thanx and I'm hoping for a speedy recovery as well. I had a bone spur shaved off. Dr say I can put weight on it by the end of the month. Until the my legs are gonna hate me!!
